A Southern Marketplace Barn Sale is a vintage, handmade, and local shopping extravaganza located on a local Tennessee family farm, nestled in the historic area of Red Boiling Springs, TN. Our family barns on the farm will be hosting multiple vendors selling anything from refurbished furniture, jewelry, apparel, antiques, home décor, homemade goodies and more. It’s also more than just shopping too; it is an agriculture learning experience along with touring a one of a kind 10” round log home and learning about the importance of farming, too! There will be a farm tour showcasing the importance farmers take to be good stewards of the land along with a home tour of Nick & April Patterson. The home is a new 10” round log home featured by Honest Abe Log Homes. You don’t want to miss a fun-filled day by taking a step back and enjoying the music, atmosphere, farm and home tours, along with a one of a kind shopping experience.
A portion of all proceeds will go towards helping our community and those in need. We also donate to our Clay County Young Farmers & Ranchers to continue to promote agricultural as well as being a fundraiser for them to give back to the community as well.
