Mission: To preserve the history of the phosphate industry and its impact on the area around Mt. Pleasant for future generations, as well as preserving for future generations of the history of the community and county.
Organized 1991 by a group of industrious volunteers to ensure that future generations would remember and be aware of the incredible history of the phosphate industry and the impact it had on the area around Mt. Pleasant.
