Located in the heart of the Historic West Side of Cookeville, The Back Room Bistro is a local restaurant that focuses on creating simple, yet delicious Breakfast and Lunch entrees. We use the freshest and highest quality ingredients around to inspire our artisan sandwiches, salads, soups and hot plate entrees. We use high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a base to most dishes and our spices are mixed for us locally by Langniappe Spice Company in Cookeville. Almost all of our plates are from scratch, and our chicken and steak dishes are made with fresh meat that we roast and slice daily. Organic and local products are used whenever possible, and we pay our local farmers what they deserve for the quality products that they provide us. We're proud of our artisan creations, and excited about the local and healthy food movement happening in Cookeville Tennessee.
