It's time for another cheese and beer pairing, featuring new combinations to try (plus one recurring favorite in the award-winning Rogue River Blue). Your ticket for the tasting includes a flight of four 6.5 oz pours, a curated selection of cheeses, meat, nuts, pickles, and crackers from our friends at Euphoric Cheese, and the guided pairing experience led by Angelo, our sensory training guru.
The pairings for this tasting are:
•Jasper Hill Farm Cabot Clothbound Cheddar + Pilsner
•Cypress Grove Meyer Lemon and Honey Goat + Robot Vampire Cowgirl Disco
•Gourmino Goat + Riveted Corset
•Rogue River Blue + Hop Pusher
The full tasting experience is $50 a seat (or $40 without the beer pairings). Please reserve your ticket by 11 pm on Tuesday, November 5th so we can ensure we have enough boxes for all attendees.
If you're not able to make one of the in-person tastings, we also offer the option of enjoying your pre-ordered flight, cheese + charcuterie box, and tasting notes at a time more convenient for you. We're able to accommodate individual orders in the taproom, and to-go pairings will come in sets of 4 so we can fill crowlers for your group.
