"You go over toward the Carolina-side of Tennessee and you'll find tomato and vinegar-based sauces in the mountains; you go over to West Tennessee, and you're going to have the wet or dry ribs debate. And in Nashville, you've sort of got a culinary melting pot of barbecue right now. It's a wonderful thing in Tennessee," says Michael McDearman, Grillmaster and the "Busiest Man in Barbecue."
