It's time to start planning for a spring and summer vacation. These Tennessee spring and summer city and local town festivals offer music, entertainment, food and more. Check out the unique festivals happening across the state.
Celebrate spring during Cheekwood in Bloom March-April 2025 at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens. Thousands of tulips fill the gardens with vibrant color and special events featuring music and art encourage everyone to get out into the sunshine. The Beer Garden is a lively space full of music, food and drinks, and places to relax. More 2025 details will be announced soon.
2025 Hercules Tires Big South Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships will be played at Freedom Hall Civic Center in Johnson City. The championships will take place on March 9 with the men's final airing on ESPN2 at noon and the women's final at 6 p.m. The Big South Conference championships consist of 16 games in nine sessions. Celebrate the coming of spring in Bell Buckle during the Daffodil Day March 15, 2025. You'll see thousands of daffodils line the roads and farmlands for a six-mile stretch of highway leading into Bell Buckle. Once in town, enjoy the flower show where youth and adult gardeners compete for ribbons. Don't miss the Arbor Day Ceremony where the notable tree of Bell Buckle is recognized and the Bell Buckle Citizen of the Year is awarded 2 p.m. on the Quilt Square.

Enjoy the family-friendly Promise Land annual Music & Arts Festivalat Promise Land Historic Site in Charlotte. The festival features craft and food vendors, a children's pavilion, a Parade of Hats for Healthy Hearts and music guests. Dates will be announced soon. The Promise Land Community was settled by former slaves during 1870-1875 in Charlotte, Tennessee. The community encompassed more than 50 homes, several stores, three churches and an elementary school. Today, the Promise Land Heritage Association preserves and interprets the community's history.
