Hillside Winery - Sevierville 

Home to the largest grape crushing facility in the region (more than 856,000 pounds of Tennessee grapes a year!), Hillside Winery offers a taste of Italy to all its guests. Enjoy free samples and buy dry wines like Pinot Grigio and Sangiovese, sweet wines like Black and Blue and Vino Rosso, and bubbly wine like Hillside Spumante, Poinsettia (a cranberry wine) and Muscadine Spumante. Hillside also offers winery tours noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays to Saturdays. 

Spout Spring Estates Winery & Vineyard – Blaine

Drive 30-minutes along 11W from Knoxville to enjoy a $4 wine tasting of Old World-style crafted wines. The mountains and hills slope along the 6-acre Spout Spring Estate Winery & Vineyard. Learn about the grapes that are grown and harvested on-site ranging from Stuben to Cabernet Sauvignon (Spout Spring Estates is one of the largest producer of this grape in Tennessee), to Riesling and Muscadine.

Goodwater Vineyards – Mosheim

Celebrate the glorious Tennessee weather with a catered picnic in the vineyard. Goodwater Vineyards prepares a gourmet picnic complete with beef and asparagus Negimaki, caprese salad, and brie in Phyllo. Collect a free glass with your vine-to-wine tasting as well. Pair with their award-winning dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines for a memorable day. 

The Winery at Seven Springs Farm – Maynardville

Stroll along the five-acre estate vineyard and learn about the six varieties of grapes during an estate vineyard tour at the Winery at Seven Springs Farm. Take a winery tour as the crafters delve into their process of crafting Tennessee wine with state-of-the-art engineering. Sip their hard work and find your new favorite wine with a tasting that can include the eight wines and one juice sample.
