Deer Run Camps & Retreats is nestled within the serenity of 100 acres of wooded property just 10 miles south of historic, downtown Franklin and just 15 minutes from the Natchez Trace. Lodging facilities include The Lodge at Deer Run and Cedar Point Cabins. Families may reserve B&B rooms at The Lodge or individual cabins. Groups may reserve the entire lodge and/or cabins for a private retreat. Private retreats or meetings are customized to your needs—meeting set up, meals, snack & beverage service—and can include team building and/or recreation. Recreation at no additional cost for B&B Guests, Retreat Guests, or Day Meeting Guests includes— Creekside Recreational Area: Wiffle Ball field, Sand Volleyball Court, Gaga Ball, Cornhole, Ladder Golf, Horseshoes, Hiking Trails, 80 yd Game Field Spring Valley Lake: Catch & release bank fishing only; bait & tackle are not provided. Kayaking is not allowed unless paying for other lake recreation. Recreation requiring an extra fee and advance reservations includes— •Spring Valley Lake: swimming with water slide, zip line, aqua park/blob, kayaking •Low & High Challenge Ropes Courses •45 ft Climbing Tower •33 ft Leap of Faith (stand-alone high ropes element) •Paintball (wooded course) •BB Guns & Archery •Must be scheduled in advance and require facilitation by Deer Run staff. There is a minimum number for some activities.
