The Minnis House is a small inn with a two-bedroom guest cottage in Jefferson County in East Tennessee operating in a quaint, century-old home filled with antiques, providing modern amenities to guests. Located 3 miles from Carson-Newman University, 10 minutes from Cherokee Lake, 20 minutes from Sevier, Knox, Hamblen, and Grainger Counties, and numerous golf courses, guests enjoy a wide variety of entertainment and outdoor activities in the local area. The inn and the cottage will together accommodate up to 12 people. Owned and operated by lifelong community residents, guests enjoy all the comforts of home at a rate less than most interstate hotels.
