Started in 1945, Rotiers is really a meat-and-three-vegetable eatery in old mid-south style. It just happens to be famous for its hamburgers. The family-owned restaurant sports vintage-upholstered booths and a price list reminiscent of the 1970s. The "un-modern" restaurant draws a diverse crowd of students, attorneys, musicians, actors, artists, reporters, police officers, judges, doctors, striders, and more.
