Corsair Distillery

Corsair Distillery is making a big name for itself and Tennessee in the spirits industry and among consumers. Known for its unique creations such as Vanilla Bean Whiskey, Red Absinthe, Spiced Rum and Quinoa Whiskey, the distillery has won worldwide acclaim. A craft spirits company with a distillery in Nashville and one in Bowling Green, KY, Corsair makes very small batches – just a few cases at a time – in pot stills. Everything is done by hand from the production to the bottling. Corsair has won more than 40 awards including Whisky Advocate's 2013 Artisan Whisky of the Year and 2013 Craft Distiller of the Year.
