Welcome to Butchertown Hall, where we patiently cook exciting food with soul, both primitive and contemporary.

Utilizing a 36 square-foot open fire hearth as well as a custom-built high-capacity smoker, Terry Raley conceptualized a concept resting at the intersection of the Texas Hill Country barbecue culture in which he grew up, and the historic butcher shop culture of this very neighborhood. Our menus borrow from the marriage of Spanish, Mexican and Eastern European influences. Expect delicately charred garden vegetables alongside the finest wood-fired premium cuts, craft tacos, Tex-Mex standards, and the finest brisket outside of Austin (just ask around).

Enjoy our expansive beer garden, complete with a list of specialty craft brews made especially for our restaurant, superior margaritas and craft cocktails, and Nashville's most extensive agave collection.

We prefer to be available for our neighborhood 7 days a week, for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
