Staks Pancake Kitchen

We know what you’re thinking… it’s a restaurant. But really, it’s our kitchen. And our kitchen serves the same locally supplied, locally grown products prepared with love like we would in our very own kitchen at home. We want you to feel at home here at Staks Pancake Kitchen. We want the smell of fresh brewed, local coffee, and free-range eggs on the griddle mixed with the wonderful aroma of batter hitting the flattop to make you as comfortable as our food tastes.

This is half diner. Half Coffee Shop. Come in. Order at the counter, and we will do the rest. Want to add on another side of bacon, bloody mary or cup of joe? No worries. Simply tell your server.

Like your grandmother’s kitchen pantry, we have something on our menu for everybody. Eating light? Need something to go? Want a large stack, or two, of pancakes? We got you covered.

You can take comfort in the fact that all of our ingredients and products have been exhaustively sourced from local sources with impeccable, fair trade business practices. We take care of our bodies and our community, and we want you to do the same. This is important to us, and we source these products whenever commercially available.
