Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art The Belz Museum of Asian & Judaic Art is located in the heart of Downtown Memphis. The Belz Museum has 3 permanent Asian exhibit galleries and 1 small rotating Judaic gallery. The museum is unofficially called “The Jade Museum,” since one of the main materials featured is jade in sculptural form. The main Asian collection features artworks from the Qing Dynasty which ran from 1644-1911.
Tour groups of 10 or more can also choose to have a light lunch after their tour. Various gift items for souvenirs are available for sale in the gift shop. The museum's entrance is located inside the lobby of the Pembroke Square building at 119. S. Main St. Hours are Wednesday through Friday, from 10 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and 12 noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
