Situated on 43 acres in the knobs of the mountain range sits Knobs & Hollow. 

Spacious and very private tent sites that range from 65 to 150 ft away from each other, encompass the Gathering Pavilion. Here you'll find picnic tables, the grilling stations, an organic herb garden for our guests to use, the community fire pit with Adirondack seating and an endless amount of free firewood.

 12x12 raised decking to put your tents on. Private solar shower tent as well as a stainless-steel fire pit/grill at each site.

We are also Pet Friendly with No additional fees!

Staying with us, you can forage and enjoy all of the wonderful wild Blackberries, Raspberries, Pawpaw, Grapes free of charge! Sign up for one of our foraging classes, play a game of cornhole, hike, enjoy making s'mores around the campfire and visiting with your fellow campers. You can also head down to the river to go rafting, take in a show at the Gem Theater, ride the rails with Hiwassee Adventures , or visit our gift shop, The Cottage for a little retail therapy. Or just simply Relax Renew & Rejuvenate!

Looking for a day trip? Stop in at The Cottage gift shop or call to see if our You-Pick is open and what is ready to pick.  Looking for just a quiet place to hike, have a picnic or just simply enjoy the Mountains without being crowded? We have day passes and you can enjoy the grounds as if you're staying here. You may also sign up for one of our foraging classes.
