We are conveniently located just off of I-40 near the Smoky Mountains and Douglas Lake in beautiful East Tennessee. This is the perfect central location for many Americans to escape on vacation. We have over 200 acres of development in our first phase with 300 planned sites that will accommodate RVs up to 60 ft. Each spot will have its own 30/50/120 Amp, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water, and sewer hookups. Coming soon will be our 100 planned cabins, a café with in-house butcher shop, convenience market, four bath houses, as well as fire pits and BBQs throughout the Resort.
